Cancellation conditions

The client is entitled to cancel the contract anytime prior to the date of his stay. The client is obliged to notify in writing or personally his decision to cancel; collective bookings must be cancelled in writing. The date of posting the cancellation is conclusive for determining the amount of cancellation fee.

40 – 31 days prior to arrival	20% from the accomodation price
30 – 21 days prior to arrival	25% from the accomodation price
20 – 11 days prior to arrival	50% from the accomodation price
10 – 3 days prior to arrival	75% from the accomodation price
2 days and less	100% from the accomodation price
